Procedures for issuing certificates

Exam certificates will be issued to your school or college within 12 weeks of the publication of results. They will then decide on the most appropriate way to distribute to their students.

If you have not received your exam certificate, please contact your school or college in the first instance. But please note that they are only obliged to retain unclaimed certificates for one year from the date of issue.

This can be emailed to yourself and/or directly to a third party (e.g. University / College / Employer) of your choice from our email address ensuring quicker provision.  <o:p></o:p>\nBefore you apply, please check that this service meets your requirements and that of the organisation requesting confirmation of your qualifications. Cost is £30 for the first document and £10 each for additional document. Or Physical service - Takes around 6 weeks.
