Procedures for issuing certificates

Exam certificates will be issued to your school or college within 12 weeks of the publication of results. They will then decide on the most appropriate way to distribute to their students.

 

If you have not received your exam certificate, please contact your school or college in the first instance. But please note that they are only obliged to retain unclaimed certificates for one year from the date of issue.

Please contact your school or college with queries or for advice relating to certificates issued within the 12-month period.

Lost, damaged or mislaid your exam certificate? If you need proof of your results, for your university or an employer, we’re here to help you.
