• WJEC to present centres with entries for checking on 25/03/2025

May 2025

• Centres to complete and sign off Head of Centre declaration form by 01/05/2025
• WJEC to present centres with entries for checking (not previously listed) on 02/05/2025
• Centre’s Internal Assessment (IAMIS) submission deadline and upload of samples of evidence by 15/05/2025 and 11/06/2025
• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding samples of evidence by 13/05/2025
• WJEC to follow-up any centres with missing scripts from 21/05/2025
• WJEC request additional / second samples of work for upload to assist with external moderation from 21/05/2025

June 2025

• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding HOC declarations from 04/06/2025
• WJEC to follow-up any centres with outstanding IAMIS outcomes for a final time before escalation on 17/06/2025

July 2025

• Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing scripts or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved by 18/07/2025
• By 27/02/2025 - Any outstanding HOC declaration, missing script or internal assessment submissions and escalations resolved

August 2025

• Centres release VTQ results to candidates on 14/08/2025
