The WJEC Eduqas Portal is a secure area for centres to access resources and securely carry out administrative processes.

 

Centres can make entries, input internal assessment marks, apply for access arrangements and post result services, as well as view results via Portal. Resources on portal include circulars, past papers and mark schemes pre-release materials.

 

 

Access to Portal

 

WJEC Eduqas approved centres have access to the portal. Centres are provided with one examination officer account with administrative access. The examination officer can invite 3 admin accounts, these admin accounts will also have administrative access. We recommend these types of accounts for Head of Centre, Senior Leaders, or members of the Examination Office team.

 

The examination officer and admin account holders can invite secondary users, there is no limit to the number of secondary users each centre can have. We recommend these types of accounts for members of staff at the centre, i.e., teachers.

Please see below a number of FAQs to support your transition to Portal.

If your centre is new to WJEC Eduqas and does not have an Exams Officer account please follow the instructions here.

If you are a teacher, please get in touch with the examinations officer at your centre. Only your examinations officer or staff with an Admin Account can invite you to Portal.

If you have forgotten your password. Go to the Portal log in page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’. Next, you’ll need to type in your email address into the correct field and click ‘send reminder’. You will then receive a verification code in your email inbox which you’ll need to reset your password.

If you are highlighting the password in the email and then copying and pasting, there is a space that gets added in front of the password automatically. Even though it looks correct, it’s not. Please enter the temporary password manually or copy and paste and remove the space.

Please enter the code in manually and ensure there are no spaces included automatically because of copy and pasting. Please also ensure you are using the latest email including the passcode, if you have click forgotten password multiple times you most use the latest email.

If you are the examinations officer, then please email portal@wjec.co.uk stating centre number, contact name and registered email address. Other Centres users can contact their Exams Officer to confirm their Username.
